“Excellent contact through Renee. Landon and Alec showed up promptly within an hour to access the situation of our heat pump. They showed up promptly when parts ordered had arrived. Fixed the problem and now we are warm for the winter. Also had them look at our gas logs that had been looked at from a different company last year without it being fixed.
